I reviewed earlier, but now am downgrading my experience. The doctors focus was on loudly reading the medical notes to his AI assistant. I did not understand the technical terms, so I called his office with questions and asked the PA to explain in layman's terms, so I could feel comfortable with my decision. He began rapidly reading the exact notes I didn't understand in the office. I will look for another doctor since this office won't help me.
Dr. Conner and the office staff were all kind, respectful, and caring. Dr. Conner explained my diagnosis and care plan in great detail. I certainly recommend Dr. Conner to anyone requiring orthopedic treatment. Ellen J. Grice
Dr. Connor did a good job of explaining my injury and how to treat it with either Physical therapy and surgery or just physical therapy. I will be returning in eight weeks for another evaluation.
