At no point during the extremely rushed appointment did I ever feel like he was concerned for my well being. Unprofessional and dismissive. edit: his diagnosis was also wrong, further proving that he was not listening to his patient. I do not reccomend going here for throat issues
After just my first appointment I feel compelled to share how amazing Dr. Ruffin is! He is kind, thoughtful and thorough. The appointment was quick and seamless; I love his philosophy of easily accessible care. After a fast nasolaryngoscopy he was able to diagnose my issue and put me on a comprehensive care plan. Couldn't recommend him enough!
Just saw Dr Ruffin today. It was the best first visit ive ever had. He asked a lot of questions that made me feel like he really knew what he was doing. Im excited to get my problem fixed.
I needed to see an ENT and the doctor I was referred to had a 6+ month wait for an appointment. I was miserable so I googled and found Dr. Ruffin and I am so glad I did. I was able to get an appointment within two days. Dr. Ruffin listened, asked questions and I left with exactly what I needed. Parking was easy and the communication with Dr. Ruffin and his staff was even easier. Thank you Dr. Ruffin!
I don’t suggest this or anyone. He doesn’t help and you feel stuck after suffering weeks
