I recently visited Dr. Ruffin for some inner ear issues. I was impressed with how quick and straightforward it was to get an appointment. He eased my concerns and provided great care with the upmost empathy. Him and his staff are very diligent and care deeply for the patients that entrust them with their care. I also really appreciated how simple it is to communicate with his office using text/email and his overall promptness. Would highly recommend Dr. Ruffin!
Drove over an hour to get here just to be told they couldn’t find my appointment. Attached is a photo of my confirmation. was not offered any sort of resolution for this mistake on their end was pretty much just told “okay well we are sorry we have people booked all day”
Dr. Ruffin is an excellent doctor and deserves 6+ stars. I drove 3 hours from Portland to see him the next day after making the appointment. Was worth it and I'd do it again in the future if I was requiring an ENT again. I got a laryngoscopy, was diagnosed, prescribed medicine which has been helping me heal already. I'd like to emphasize... If you need an ENT go see Dr. Ruffin he's truly one of the very best! Thanks again 🙏🏻
So grateful he was able to see me on such short notice and before a long weekend also! I’ve had a clogged ear for a few days. Urgent care didn’t work. Kaiser would’ve taken forever. Thankful to have found Chad Ruffin. The process took maybe 10 minutes and my hearing is back! Thank you again Chad
My visit was the most efficient medical appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Ruffin was on time, communicative, thorough and most importantly honest. I did not need an endoscope, so he refunded me without me asking. I hope more MDs follow Dr. Ruffin’s lead and this becomes the future of medicine!
