This past year Dr. Ruffin has helped our family tremendously. We first met him as he was able to provide Urgent care treatment for my daughter who had suffered from sudden hearing loss while fighting a sinus infection/cold/virus. For the past 10 years she has suffered from tinnitus, hyperacusis and migraine headaches which has caused her extreme anxiety, especially regarding anything related to her hearing. My daughter had a recurring ear infection that was so bad she lost her hearing in one ear. I was at a different ENT when this happened. We found Dr Ruffin when looking for another ENT due that being such a horrible experience and he has been a life saver. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Chad Ruffin. We actually traveled from Canada because the waitlist for ear tubes here was nearly two years, and I’m so grateful we made that decision. After reaching out to his office, we were able to get a consultation within just a couple of days, and the procedure was scheduled only a few days after that. I initially thought this ENT doctor might be a scammer, but my appointment changed my mind. The services were super convenient, and the upfront payment before the appointment was a bit unusual compared to what I’m used to but it worked out. They also text, which is an option, and I really appreciate that they do. Chad was great at answering all my questions, and I only spent about 30 minutes in his office. Highly recommend and I will be back again.
I recently visited Dr. Ruffin for a throat tumor biopsy and a chronic nasal congestion issue. The biopsy procedure was remarkably seamless and completely painless—a testament to his skill
