Recently I went to visit Dr Ruffin I explained about my ear infection problem and he did it thanks Dr Ruffin for making my ear good again .
At 83 it seems lots of medical professionals don't really listen to me but I found Dr. Ruffin listened carefully to me and made sure I understood the information about my problems. I certainly recommend him.
Dr. Ruffin Saw me on an emergency basis for sudden hearing loss prior to a family trip. While I was in his office, he researched an office at my travel destination that was near my hotel and had me call to get a hearing test there. He then did a zoom appointment with me the following day to go over my results and treatment options. He went above and beyond to help me.
I am so grateful to have found Dr Ruffin. I had developed sensation of fullness in one ear while on a trip to Colorado and Pike's Peak that I initially attributed to the altitude, but over the course of the next week this became more problematic and I noticed hearing loss in that ear. I went to an urgent care facility, but they thought it was only "a dysfunctional eustachian tube", so I continued my trip home to Washington.
