Dr. Ruffin is a fantastic doc in seattle, listened patiently about the problem, examined in detail & diagnosed the root cause and addressed the same with precision. His explanation about the problem was awesome & I strongly recommend visiting him for ENT related problems.
Dr Ruffin is empathetic and clearly communicates the health impacts related to hearing loss. His whole health perspective is incredibly valuable. Scheduling time was easy and fit perfectly with my busy schedule.
Dr was agitated because I was late and he had to rush. He was blunt, unhelpful and diagnosed me with a totally different issue Than what the appointment was made for so I won't I be following his directions I didn't know what to expect first time It took me 1.5 hours to travel there 10 minutes to park and find the office. That's life, right? $ 50 dollars for what? My insurance will cover the appointment but I will not be coming back! Suzy Matson

I really needed an ENT. The ENT that my doctor reccomended to me wouldnt be able to see me til November. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr.Ruffin! It almost felt too good to be true. He accepted my insurance, was really straightforward, and even though I was nervous he was easy to talk with and really listened to what I was telling him. He's the first person I've seen who was finally able to step me into the right direction for healing. I'm going to follow his steps and fingers crossed I start to feel better! ... read more
