Blatant condescending, dismissive, and inferior attitude. The lack of compassion is shocking for someone in this position. Yet another example of how deficient our mental health care industry is. If you need to be heard, understood and given the opportunity to express your vulnerable challenges, it is strongly advised to seek help elsewhere. Don't like to leave poor reviews, but due to the personal and sensitive nature of the business, it is most definitely warranted.
