Very little wait time in the waiting area. Dr Reichard and his staff get to the procedure and let you know what's going on while it's going on. The office staff is very friendly also.
Great Staff. He is personable.He even called me when he was out of the country on vacation with positive lab results. I am very happy seeing him.
