I blame myself for not doing more research in finding a family lawyer. Mr. Regan was referred to me by another lawyer. The fees are very expensive and you'll be constantly reminded of the retainer agreement you signed. Do not expect prompt replies as another reviewer noted. If you don't pay fees that you were unaware of, expect your account to be sent to collections or at least the threat of it. I would advise against using this lawyer as your family lawyer. He was very communicative, understanding, and went out of his way to ensure there were no holes or deadlines missed in the process. He was punctual, attentive, communicated frequently and made the closing of our home simple and easy. Chad was great; he coordinated with our realtor, the bank, and others involved in the closing to make sure we stayed on track.
