Listens to every concern or question I have. I never feel rushed out of the office. The absolute best family doctor we have ever had in the 5 different states we have lived in over the course of 20 years. Patient and genuinely caring.
Doesn't send referrals when he says he will, says one thing but does another. When you try to make appts the receptionists either tell you he doesn't need an appt for that, they'll send a message and call you back then never do or tell you that you need more than one appt for it and schedule those.
