Love working with Prayer, down to earth people who want to get the job right. This is as good as it gets in this area of the country.

We needed some foundation/leveling done on our house. Chad and his Crew did a wonderful job. Everybody went above and beyond with the work they have done and are very friendly and personable!!! Highly recommend!!!
When it came time to expand one of our buildings in 2016 Prater Construction out bid all other competitors. They were highly recommended by one of our employees as well however we had no personal experience with them. The building process with them was exceptional and we were very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. I inherited the farm I grew up on near Carthage, MO. Several of the barns and the house were in disrepair. Chad and his crew came in and remodeled two barns, made numerous repairs to the house and garage and painted other barns, fences and trim. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work, Chad and his teams are professional, polite and always responsive to question, concerns or needed changes. The work product is outstanding.
