I had an appointment for my granddaughter scheduled months ago which was today at 10:20 am. When I arrived I was told the appointment was cancelled, despite having picked up my child at school and arrived at the doctor's office. I found out that four days ago the doctor had a family emergency and she cancelled my appointment. No one called me to let me know. What a terrible way to be treated. Highly unprofessional. I would like to find another doctor.
