We had the worst experience with Chad and his team. They dropped the ball on us multiple times and there were multiple errors made regarding all the items needed in the original application. I do not recommend unless you simply want to waist your time. They will take your money, time, and sanity away from you.
Don't waste your time...Save yourself!...Chad will drag your loan out 5 months claiming they still need this and that...He even gave us a closing date then said he can't commit...He will blame you for any time loss, even if you have the emails to prove he is the problem...They hit my credit twice...Put me and my husband trough so much unnecessary stress...If you want my opinion they are a big joke...We dropped them and started with an amazing bank that very day...Learn from my mistake...Just take a hard pass on Chad and his ... read more
