Tried reaching out to Mr. Murray multiple times over the past year and never received any communication from him. It was only after my husband left a review that we received an email ( 2 hours after review was posted) trying to find out what the issue was. I then forwarded the multiple emails I had sent to him over the past year and he told me he thought he had called us with the information.
