My mom used Chad to sell her house. He was superb from start to finish, and was able to get it sold *before* the house even went on the market (via a pre-listing open house). But I save the best for last. He also brokered a home rental for after the sale. The rental house was a catastrophe. It had minimal minisplit air conditioning, *which was broken*. After some cordial back and forth, he refunded our stay. You won't find a more effective, and honorable realtor in this area.
We had such a great experience working with Chad as we navigated a big move across the country. From the moment we connected, he was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and professional—exactly what we needed during such a major transition. Went to the Amsterdam office, no one was there which I totally understand. Closings, showings, listings it's a busy world however I did call the office number, no one answered and it went right to voicemail. I stated what I was looking for and supplied to all my contact information including phone number. Never heard back from anyone,
