This was the worst experience I’ve had at an eye doctor. The exam was rushed and the prescription was written incorrectly (the place I got my frames had to contact them to get the correct info). They incorrectly billed us, then refunded us. Then months later they start texting and sending mail demanding payment for what their office had refunded us. My advice? Stay far far away from this scam office.

I made an appointment here in Oct of 2023 for Oct of 2024. When I called to confirm my appointment, I was informed that I did not have an appointment. I rescheduled for Jan of 2025. They told me my co pay would be $55 and off I went. They did not properly verify my insurance before my visit. If you are looking for a more professionally run OD, I recommend going to Optical Expressions in Barre VT.

Was always happy with them until today. My husband made an appointment with them a year ago for today. He went there and they did not have it scheduled. Was told next appointment was the end of February. Doesn’t help me as I need the exam before I see my primary care doctor in February. Now he has to go somewhere else. Not acceptable

Thorough and excellent care is provided at this office. They warmly educate and are very friendly.

I came here recently for a baseline eye exam. I could not have been any happier with the care I received! The girls at the front we're extremely helpful and friendly in the optometrist, Chad was extremely professional and kind. The office was well cleaned. Thank you for the candy and the keyboard recommendation!!! See you next year :-)
