Would always answer the phone if not he would text me and let when he could return the call. Very professional very helpful walked me through every step. As a first time home buyer he helped take some of the stress and fear away.
I would highly recommend Chad Jones and CrossCountry Mortgage for first time home buyers. Chad was fast to respond to any questions I had, was able to get my rate down and lock it in at the perfect time, and was all around very friendly.
The worst experience ever for a first time home buyer. Didn’t get things done until the last minute. Went MIA at times, and never answered a single phone call. He avoided calls to help walk you through anything. He might get you a good price, but worst experience ever! Don’t wish this on your worst enemy.
