I was fully prepared to give Dr. Muxlow 5 stars. That is until I found out he and his nurses were all making fun of my wife behind a closed door because she has a very bad shoulder injury. Apparently that makes her a "crybaby". In the spirit of professionalism, Dr. Muxlow, maybe you and your staff should treat your patients the same in the room as you would outside it. Dr. Muxlow operated on my shoulder and did a great job. That was a few years ago but now he has operated on my husband, and replaced his shoulder joint. Very impressed with him and his professionalism. Great job on both of our shoulders.
