Chad was extremely personable and flexible with us. Since we lived in a different state, Chad would work with us ahead to plan out which homes we’d see in the limited times we could fly out. He also gave great insight into the Orlando area so he knew which neighborhoods would best suit our needs. Even the times we couldn’t come visit, he would FaceTime us in and show us every detail of the house. He made the entire buying process extremely for us and couldn’t be more happy we chose to work with him!
