Would not recommend. Initial contact was fine—quick walk-through videos and a call—but follow-through was poor. I lost a property I wanted due to delays and lack of communication. Twice I asked for FaceTime walk-throughs; he agreed but never scheduled them, then sent videos with no commentary. Promised information was never provided. Felt like I was expected to make offers with minimal details. Not the level of service worth thousands in commission.
