Chad and his team are the best. They are super professional but treat you like you are family. They clearly have your best interest at heart and that can be felt through every step of the process. We have purchased two homes using Chad and have now sold two homes with Chad, one being a rental that we sold in less than 24 hours. We won't look anywhere else for our future real estate needs.

Chad was great, zero pressure and was always available. After he got to know what I was looking for in a home, he kept me in line and didn’t allow me to compromise.
