Left a message at 3:45am because I had terrible hives and my left ear was swollen shut, at 5am with no return call went to Emergency Dept. Received call back at 7:00 am.
I've been seeing Dr. Tamez for years and I feel he's lost the compassion that kept me coming back. I don't feel heard anymore and poo-poo'd off as just another random number. My concerns aren't taken serious. He's currently too wrapped up in making videos and trying to go viral. I'll be seeking a new family Doctor soon.

Since moving to his new office it is almost impossible to reach him or his staff. The only choice is to leave a message at the beep. Then be prepared to call daily and keep leaving messages. They really don't seem to care. Definitely, need to find a doctor that you can actually get a hold of. Suprised he is still in buisness.
