As a new patient I went to his office in Branson. I waited for over an hour in a room before he showed up. When he finally came in not only was there no apologies but his attitude was uncaring. I will not return to him nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there.
As much as I didn't like to have my leg amputated, doctor efird was very compassionate with all my concerns and fears. I would recommend him a thousand times over
Dr Efird is an amazing Dr. I damaged my shoulder in a car accident and he did a partial replacement and also Pectoral tear repair as well, so I could get my functionality back and also get back in the gym lifting weights. Even at 49 yrs old, I enjoy lifting and training 4-5 times a week. Not only did Dr Efird get me back in the gym, he got me back in the training facility to work with my 2 teenage sons to prepare for their competitive summer baseball seasons as well. To say that my experience with Dr. Chad Efird was absolutely life-changing is a complete understatement! After being in excruciating pain 24/7 for nearly 7 years, and totally bedridden for 2 to 3 years, I am happy to say that I am now living a completely normal life once again, free from pain, free from the use of a cane or walker, following the complete replacement of both my left and right hips. Everybody on Dr. EFIRD’s staff is an absolute professional in every way! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.
