Dr Smith is a the absolute best and he takes very good care of me. He did my LTKR and my MUA in 2006 and I’m currently being treated for shoulder problems and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it. Dr. Smith gets a 10/10 from me!!!
Dr.Chad Smith is an absolutely great surgeon! I have had MANY knee surgeries with other Drs in other states, and he by far, was the best one. The care and attention to perfection that I have gotten with his practice is second to none! He seems very concerned about what it best for me and my knee, even gave me different options and route to go for my care.
I had a great experience with him and he stopped my pain and was very helpful!
The office staff has been miserable to deal with. They got my husband's birthday wrong and refused to change it. They got into an argument with me over having insurance because the birthday was wrong when they gave it to insurance. I called providing insurance information and asked them to go ahead and start working on a pre-authorization. A MONTH went by before I called and asked what was going on. They had not done anything.
