Bought a Chad Davis home in 2018 and have been having constant quality issues since day one, and continue to run into other issues to this day. Don't buy from this company, they are all about how cheap and quick they can turn homes around.
I would like to thank Chad E Davis for doing the right thing and stepping up and taking care of my problem at my house, I would especially like to point out and thank Karl Gray for his Great work ethic and professional attitude in making sure my issue was resolved in the most timely and efficient manner, he is truly an asset to the Chad Davis organization, he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, and that our problem came to a speedy resolution,
