From the moment you make your appointment to checking in for appointments to back office and at the surgical office, everyone is professional, compassionate, and very thorough and willing to answer questions. The doctor is awesome! Extremely professional always has a smile available for questions and concerns. The staff members forward messages to the doctor and this office shows true compassion to the patients. I highly recommend the doctor and the staff. After what seemed to be a difficult surgery I was unable to see out of my right eye for a week. Dr. Katsev kept telling me just wait. I had to have another surgery with Dr. Pieremici where my vision was restored. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my right eye. I went to Dr. Pavelof who tested my vision it was good. Dr Husayn served my family from 1994-2022 when he moved to Texas. The youngest of our kids had just turned 17, and I was devastated that his last year of adolescence would be with a new Dr. Dr. Husayn is experienced, knowledgeable and smart. He listens to his patients and always puts their health first. He is very missed but I am sure he is giving the same care to Texas. WE MISS YOU DR HUSAYN!!!!!

I had a cyst on my eyelid and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Katsev. I was seen promptly. He injected local anesthesia around the eye before slicing open and draining the cyst. I don't know whether it was his standard operating procedure or the fact that he was had a full waiting room of other patients to treat and was in a hurry but he started cutting on me well before the my eyelid was numb. I have been a patient of hers for a few years, and every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Lane is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field but also takes the time to listen attentively and address all of my concerns with care and compassion. This woman refuses to remove a wrongful diagnosis she made on my chart. She diagnosed me with two psychiatric diagnosis, which was years ago. She isn’t a therapist, psychiatrist psychologist or even works in the mental health field. She was rude, condescending, insensitive, and judgmental when I saw her. I was shocked at her treatment of me. I haven’t seen her since 2012, but she insists on the diagnosis!
