I will start off by stating the entire team is indeed very professional, helpful, kind etc…. Until I filed my first claim everything went downhill from there. Let’s just say , I was confident in moving forward with the claim using their advice and doing everything on my part but in the end many excuses were used to not pay full claim amount due to me. I ended up losing in the end, but that’s ok we all need to move on and let karma do its job.

I’ve had a great experience with this insurance company! Every time I call, they answer right away and take the time to explain everything clearly. They’ve always been patient and helpful with all my questions. A special thank-you to Jewell — she is absolutely wonderful! So friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this company, especially thanks to her excellent service!

Shockingly good customer support, I was taken aback by the helpfulness of the person I spoke to this morning, Mrs. Rachel Mangum. Uplifting, positive with a hue or quirky and quick but not too fast to where everything is flying over your head without you having a moments notice of what’s going on.
