Rick at Chad Chambers Auto was extremely helpful. As a first time car buyer the process can be intimidating but Rick explained everything and never made us feel pressured. If I need to buy another car in the future they will be my first stop.
It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership! It is rare to find places that stand by what they say and this is definitely one of them. Chad Chambers was very communicative through the whole process thank you very much again!
Such a fantastic experience working with Rick! Found the vehicle I wanted for at a price within my budget. Absolutely worth the drive and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy their next vehicle.
Rick was a pleasure to work with on my trade in. He was flexible, and we came to a fair agreement. He even gave me my sunglasses back weeks after I’d left them inside of my trade in! Way better experience than when I bought from a big dealership.
