The practice is efficient, and I usually don’t have to wait at all to be seen. The nurses and assistants are also great. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Chad Braden's staff is extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about his patients. To get a medication filled is an absolute nightmare. They will ignore requests through MyChart and then say they will return phone calls, but never do. It should not be this difficult to receive adequate patient care, especially at an institution the size of Ochsner. Due to their lack of action, I may miss out on filling a medication that I take daily. It does not take 20+ hours to fill a prescription.
