I would never recommend him to anyone. I called Chad's office and told his secretary exactly what type of law firm I was needed. She told me yes Chad could help me and that it would cost $100.00 for a consult. When I went into the office she took my payment. Which I will not pay in advance again. When I went into his office, Chad was rude asking me why I was there. I explained why and that his receptionist told me he could help. He told me no he could not help. Not helpful at all.
My property was damaged in front of my house and Chad was recommended to me. I made a drive all the way from Salt Lake to Ogden, just to have him completely ignore me even after he picked up my case willingly. When I got there, he seemed completely uninterested in what I had to say, and contacted the insurance company without all the facts. He actually made matters worse by doing that. Completely unprofessional. I recommend searching for someone else.
