We love Chad. He is very professional and explains things so that we can understand it. He has been very helpful with getting my mom hearing aids and getting them set up so she can hear again
My elderly mother went to this man twice and he was very rude both visits. This is a recurring theme seeing other reviews as well. She should have felt comfortable especially seeing she is looking for help. He was a condescending rude man , who should hang it up if he can’t respect people when they are in such a vulnerable position.

Dr Chad Fox was abviously in a bad mood when l came to visit recently. It was my first time visit and the visit was horrible. Dr Chad Fox was extremely rude. He didn't have the decency to identify himself and or greet me in a kind, professional manner. Instead he hurried me into the Audio room, started rattling about the fact that he is a third party, the insurance aspect of it all, told me to turn left and right, etc.. l asked him his name twice ( gave me only his first l had to ask for his last name too).
