St farm is going down hill. Chad and his agency are not. Sorry guys but ya can't step it up any more. You guys have a very high standard and it shows! Amazing service! Amazing agent and front office staff. If you have any questions they will know the answer. Plus they have that personal touch style. I was so pleased with the attention Chad gave me while we reviewed my home and auto insurance. He was very patient to go over details and listen to my concerns. He saved me about $500 on my homeowners with more coverage than I had to reflect the increase in value of my home. I would give Chad a 5 for customer service.
