Chad is the Insurance MAN!!! We just opened a dental office and needed a wide variety of insurances from during construction, to Workmans comp and everything in between. Chad always gave me the best quotes in comparison to other agents with the best coverage and was a wealth of knowledge. He did a great job explaining details of each plan. He helped so much that I also switched my personal insurance stuff to him as well and also referred over some family already. I look forward to working with him for years to come.
dealing with this office has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. Chad Arnold Was extremely rude to me, dealing with my policy issues that were created by them. I would highly recommend you find a different agent!!!
I am not sure how there are good reviews here as my experience with Chad has been horrible. I tried to get a quote to add coverage to my policy. Instead of providing the quote, he just added the coverage automatically and when the price finally came in it was about 3 times higher than what I found elsewhere. I told him multiple times I only wanted a quote and not the insurance and he added it anyway and would not refund any of the premium once the price was finally available and I told him to cancel.
