I answered my back, in a fall, to near immobility.
I was the last patient seen on an extremely busy Sunday evening, my injury was minor compared to those I saw in the waiting room. It was after 10pm, the end of their shift, and Dr. Trierweiler was excellent, professional, kind and cheerful after what was no doubt a long, difficult day/night. I have always had great care at the UR, and this last visit was another excellent example. So grateful.
A great example of what you want in a Doctor, listened to me, was friendly and knowledgeable.
Very poor experience. Go to urgent care or ER if needed. Do not recommend the Urgency Room. Missed medical condition on two separate occasions here. Poor attitude.
