The doctor is definitely great. My elder parents have been seeing Dr. Chacon for decades. I started to come with them 7 years ago. The doctor is definitely the best. Personal, knowledgeable ask for well being of family members. Love him. Reason for my 2 stars is the office. HORRIBLE. 90% of the time they never return your calls, they are working super slow. I love Dr. Chacón but his staff is his downfall. My last 2 years there have been horrible!! I’ve been asking for an MRI script for a month now and no one has reached out to me, the staff is rude and treat you like you’re stupid. Ive been there for years and Im so done with them.
