Called AAA and Chacon came out. Luis Rivas towed it with care. Very courteous and professional.
Called AAA, chacon csme out, very nice young man, but didn't have needed worhing eguipment to do the job, Jack missing part of handle + number of other problems, he just came where he couldn't help a lady, because his tester??? didn't work??? I call his emp, he took a item of mine, still no response, asking for a refund BECa use nothing was done?? They don't belong to the BBB, because they don't respond to the customer when there is s problem.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT LET CHACON TOWING ASSIST YOU. JOE CHACON IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THROWS HIS EMPLOYEES UNDER THE BUS.. HE DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!! TRIPLE AAA SERVICE IS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. CHACON TOWING LEFT MY SON STRANDED. AFTER CARLOS CALLED SOMEONE TO REPORT ISSUE THAT CAR WAS NOT ABLE TO BE PUT ON BED, HE WAS TOLD TO CANCEL IT. CHACON TOWING BROKE SOME PART OF HIS CLIPPINGS FROM THE BOTTOM OF VEHICLE.
