She is a Great Dr. I have no complains but they never answer the phone
I scheduled an appointment as a new patient 2 weeks ago. First, the answering service person or whomever schedules the appointments is very rude. Instead of them telling you the availability of the doctor, they ask when you would like to come in. I never received a follow up text, call or email for my appointment scheduled for 1/5/26 @ 2:30pm. I receive only the best honest guidance and care from Dr.Chacko and her staff. She has been my physician for many, many years and I am better off HealthWise because of her professionalism.
