Dr. Chacko and his team provide excellent care at their clinic. He always does a comprehensive evaluation and explains everything clearly. Disagreed with my diagnosis, said he was the specialist and knew better than 3 neurologists and an ophthalmologist. Disregarded my diagnosis simply because I was too old and not obese. Became rude when I asked why my csf pressure gets high and why I feel relief after it was drained with a spinal tap each time, if don’t have IIH. I went in for migraines and IIH. He was overbooked and extremely rude. He made it clear that I was not worth his time! He was more concerned with teaching his medical students than me and making me endure the optic nerve exam by 2 students as well as himself. He even held the magnifier over my eye with the light to let them look at part of my eye for a good amount of time, knowing I have light sensitive migraines!!!! He also showed prejudice against mental health disorders. Never going back!

I have never been treated so rudely and disrespected so much by a doctor. I would never recommend Dr. Chacko nor would I consider ever seeing him again.
