Went for a new appointment for MCAS. Dr decided to not show. He decided to fill in for another dr at a different location. So, who is filling in for the dr we need to see? Then to find out, no one in the practice treats MCAS. After asking several times before making the first appointment. I asked at least 4 times to confirm that this dr treats MCAS. Very unprofessional. If I didn’t show for my appointment, I would have been charged.
Excellent! Everyone is very kind in his office. From reception to intake. Dr. Chacko was very thorough and informative. Him and his assisting nurse have a wonderful bedside manner.
