Maintenance failed to clear AC drain which was leaking in wall between 1st. and 2nd. floor. Chace responded in a timely manner and it was decided that it was necessary for a new drain to be installed. The work was done neatly and it is working efficiently. I will continue to use this company and recommend them for your AC needs.
