TOTAL SCAMMER! Claimed my exhaust was modified and failed the test, saying that he couldn't read my EO number. Well I looked it up and my van was made before EO numbers were required! Went over to Lake Chabot Mobil Auto Repair & Smog, they passed my car without a problem.
Very friendly staff, get the work done fast! Walking distance to Starbucks if you need a drink while you waiting:))
