I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Rinku .I happened to travel to california and faced health issuse. From the moment I stepped into her office, I immediately felt at ease. She has a warmth and kindness about her that made me feel like I was talking to a friend, not just a doctor. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say, without making me feel rushed. Spouse went in for consultation, was pushed out in under 10 minutes because the doctor has to see other patients and yet was billed for 40 minutes per the notes. Let's be honest, do I really think there was 30 minutes of prep work or post visit review of the patient's conversation? Probably not. Suffice it to say, she did not go back for a follow up. Quite unethical.

2nd update: Actually, I have been to your office multiple times to see Dr. Shrivastava. You were unable to find me in your records, as it is under my maiden name. Look at your reviews and 1.5 stars. You know this review is about you. Update: How is the office open until 5pm, yet they stop answering the phone at 4:30?!?!? I work until 4:30, so calling after work is not an option. I went in to see my doctor because it hurt to breath. I was told it was IBS and suddenly I was diagnosed with IBS two years ago. I was never diagnosed with IBS by doctor and I was never referred to a gastroenterologist two years ago. Gastroenterologist are the doctors that diagnose IBS and other gastrointestinal illness. I was recommended to see a gastroenterologist last month, not two years ago, and was given a referral. The gastroenterologist only spoke at me and lied about how he couldn't help me. Extremely incompetent office staff. They tried to charged me for a previous visit that was paid off but I insisted they check their records and they found out I had in fact paid. They are only motivated by money at this office and will find ways to referrals instead of helping the patient. Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.
