Our family has been under the care of Dr. Gul Chablani for over two decades, and words cannot express the gratitude we feel for him and his dedicated team. I like Dr. Chablani but his staff has lackluster performance. I have to call multiple times for refills and lab orders. When you ask them to be more professional they claim they are overwhelmed. Just hate the arguments they force upon already stressed out clients. Dr. Chablani should hire more staff if they can not meet urgent needs of patients since some medication can be critical and requests time sensitive.
I was very impressed by my last visit. Although the wait was a little long, Dr Gul Chablani showed that he cared about my illness and he recommended I go to physical therapy and the companies called me right after our appointment to schedule meeting. I was very pleased about that.
