Rosanna Zuckerman and Michael Sage are two of the kindest clinicians I've ever been seen by. When they asked what they could do to help me, they really listened and made me feel like I was cared for. In an ideal world, the wait times for telehealth appointments could be shorter, but in the end I felt like it was worth the wait to see these two clinicians.
Worst experiences ever. These folks will over-bill you til your last penny. Even if they are in-network, don't expect anything to be covered. They are mischievous money-sucking capitalists and they do not approach any concerns in a caring way. I have tried to find something nice to say for 3 years and I am constantly let done. In all seriousness, do not go here.
Impossible to get someone on the phone. I spent three hours and a dozen calls. Every time they hang up on me or transfer me back to the opening menu. The last six times I told the operator exactly what had happened and followed their instructions exactly. Finally the last one admitted that sometimes this happens and I must go in person to make an appointment or talk to someone. If you cannot go in person for all communication, then DO NOT GO HERE.
