I call 617.665.3099 and press option 1 twice and get to the call center, spoke with 2 different woman and both refuse to give me medical record fax number. I provide information for the patient and spent more time trying to prove the patient once went there than I did getting actual results. After starting and ending the call with me JUST needing a medical record fax number to send my request, I was given a fax number for the office that did not work. It was ok until the 2nd need of appointment reschedule. Moving it from Feb/25 to April/25 and now to Aug/25. Totally disrespectful.
Rosanna Zuckerman and Michael Sage are two of the kindest clinicians I've ever been seen by. When they asked what they could do to help me, they really listened and made me feel like I was cared for. In an ideal world, the wait times for telehealth appointments could be shorter, but in the end I felt like it was worth the wait to see these two clinicians.
Worst experiences ever. These folks will over-bill you til your last penny. Even if they are in-network, don't expect anything to be covered. They are mischievous money-sucking capitalists and they do not approach any concerns in a caring way. I have tried to find something nice to say for 3 years and I am constantly let done. In all seriousness, do not go here.
