Excellent Dr., excellent outcome..
Dr. Cha saved my quality of life. After years of PT, Chiropractic care, multiple doctors, and medications, I finally found Dr. Cha. He came up with an aggressive surgery plan to finally fix me. It was the best decision I have ever made. Six years later, I have had no issues or pain! I can do everything without limitations. Thank you Dr. Cha!
I could not recommend Dr. Cha, PA Leah Witkin, and the rest of his surgical team enough. Dr. Cha went above and beyond to fight my insurance for over a week after they denied 1 of 2 major parts of my surgical plan at the last minute. He called me personally with each update during that fight. Of the three top docs I saw for opinions in Boston, I went with him because he took seriously the lesser likely of my concerns other doctors brushed off. Wonderful surgeon. Answered questions, easy to talk to and rather reassuring. He was helpful at follow up - though the administration of referrals to xrays and the pain clinic were not perfect.
Extremely poor follow up. Repeated calls not returned. Impossible to reach after surgery is done.
