I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The last two times I’ve come I’ve had the worst experience. They’re never on time for booked appointments, they didn’t even know I had an appointment today (!), and they sit around on their phones while I wait to be seen — THREE OF THEM! I first learned about Lina the pretty masseuse known as NaraRose from a friend who had a great visit and recommended contacting her. I reached out to schedule an appointment and she was professional and clear about her booking process immediately. That’s her TG up there. I was dealing with back pain for almost 6 months. Came in for a 90 minute deep tissue and I’ve had almost no issues since. Not a luxurious oasis but effective and I’m so appreciative.

The massage lacked a lot- 1) she only used her elbows and forearm the whole time for my 60 mins fully body massage and completely skipped my hands and feet 2) there was no atmosphere including no music or relaxation 3) I decided to tip her anyway, and as I was leaving, she called me back in to tell me that my tip was insufficient because it was not a 20% tip. She insisted I tip her a full 20%- even tho the massage was not great- and stood and watched until I did so. Very awkward and uncomfortable. I will not go back.
