Recurringly, but no surprise, staffing at this pharmacy part of a larger student "teaching" organization fails their patients, fails to meet the reasonably minimal standard of patient customer service; why? Technicians utterly asleep at the wheel, incapable of Calling OR Emailing their patients to alert them to a billing a issue resulting in patients going 3,4+ days without critical medications.
