Sometimes the wait time is long, but the pharmacists are nice and try to communicate accurate information, which they do most of the time. I don't blame them since hospitals are notoriously understaffed. They're doing they're best with what they've got. Despite being understaffed, they'll have someone come out to speak with me in the waiting area to let me know of any changes, occasionally even to let me know if my medication is ready, which they do faster than I get the text/call notification. The employees are very good, but they need to be given chairs so they can sit down. They're on their feet for long periods, sometimes hours, and I saw one of them swaying. They also need to be given a 15-minute break after four hours of work. This can be reported to OSHA and the government. Slavery is over.
This pharmacy is so slow. I waited almost two hours for a 7 quantity prescription.
