one particular staff member was always rude to me. interacting with him was unpleasant enough that i switched pharmacies entirely. truly a nasty individual.
The pharmacists who answer the calls have always been so helpful and seem to go out of their way to be so. There are times that the call volume is high but that’s not their fault and I thought it was worth mentioning. I’m pleased with their service.
