I moved to CHA East Cambridge when Dr.Hagan moved here, he retired but we decided to stay. My son had an appointment today, we were running late because of traffic, I called and the receptionist forwarded me to speak to a nurse. The nurse said 15min late is okay”. I’ve always had such a wonderful experience these past 10 years but today I call and the man gave the worse customer service on a call I made. He gave attitude and seems like he didn’t want to work. When I asked his name he hung up.
on my first visit the Dr said in the hallway on the way to my room “she has autism so I cant rely on anything she says”. this is discriminatory. thats like saying because he’s Asian, he must only eat Asian food and knows KungFoo. I asked for a celiac test, because I have major symptoms when I consume gluten. I did report that I have been gluten free for over a year. It would be nearly 2 years now.
