Matt came to my home to give us a quote and drew up cabinet and pantry organizers to fit our needs. The price was great and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
We can rave all day about the quality, and how happy with how it turned out. BUT what I really loved was fact that he came in and worked around us. Coordinated the days we had available and he had available. Painting a little, patching a little, dismantling what was there already. I absolutely recommend this company. They were great from start to finish. It was always a pleasure to talk to Jamie in the Office. Very fast and efficient. Flexible with changes that I kept asking for. Jeff and Allen were awesome installers that were very professional. Would use again.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. We ordered custom closets and drawers in November of 2020. We received the shelves right before Christmas which is fine. They sent us the wrong lower grade drawers. My husband called to let them know and said they would send us new set of drawers and hardware and we would install. We are now into March and we still have not received our stuff. They took 100% of our money and will not return our text or phone calls. This is the worst customer service we have ever seen. We just had custom shutters and blinds installed on all of our windows in Dec of 2019 and I can’t say enough about the service and the quality. Tyler is professional, knowledgable, explains all the product options, measures perfectly and returns calls promptly. Matt is a super installer. The shutters look great! I highly recommend this company.
