Concerning a 5th Gen 4Runner, had some issues getting the correct custom switches made. Ultimately got the correct parts, but found the ON/OFF switch quality/fitment to be poor. From my experience, AOB ON/OFF switches have better quality/fitment.
would give them negative stars if i could. Bought 2 of their double series for my tacoma and wired it up as per their diagram with relays. the double series are faulty if you want to connect them to battery power and by no means, do you connect the yellow wire to your dash lights as the red wire and yellow wire are connected in the switch internally. looked it up online and found several ppl on forums saying they have the same problem with no results from customer service. i'm not even going to waste my time contacting them ... read more
I purchased switches from this company both on eBay and on their online store. eBay: The items were shipped fast enough, but they were mis-delivered a mile away from me. USPS attempted to recover, but could not. I attempted to contact their customer service department and ask for either the receipt for the shipment to initiate a USPS claim myself, or for a refund. Customer service is non-existent at the email address they provide on their site.
Customer Service is no where to be found. They will not reply to my emails, but will quickly process my order. They sent me the wrong item and will not get back to me. And funny enough, there's a pamphlet in the package that says "please don't give us a bad review, email is first"... Yeah, I did, like 50 times in the last month
