If you want an honest plumber-who doesn’t ‘beat-about-the-bush’-does quality work at a reasonable price-call Jason at CH4. I wish I had known about him earlier.
Jason was fantastic when we needed our hot water system replaced. He took the time to explain why going bigger would not work for us, and also found the issue as to why we were getting cold showers when the hot water was turned on elsewhere in the house (spoiler alert: our gas regulator wasn't adjusted correctly for our bottled gas). Whilst Jason was here, he also checked all our flexi hoses and discovered 2 of our flexi hoses were rusted out and wouldn't have lasted much longer! I would highly recommend using CH4 Gas & Plumbing. Jason was able to provide a fantastic quote, and complete the job (replaced all roof water piping) in a very quick timeframe. His work ethic and customer service is well and truly exceptional.
Called in this morning due to unexpected water leak near metre. I had to leave the house to go to work and was worried I might be able to get someone to fix it. Jason gave me a quote over the phone, came to the house and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. He even fixed up the pavers and the area looks neater then it did before. Price was very fair and less then what I thought. Will be my go to from now for all plumbing needs
