We booked this property for a family reunion and for that purpose it served as an adequate venue. We booked the extra two carriage houses so there were lots of rooms available for young adults to have their own rooms. The house itself has some charm but overall the place felt dirty, appliances were faulty, we think they cut corners on cleaning (my wife had to clean the bathroom and later bought supplies to do that), and the house can get very stuffy and hot in the summer. We had a big family reunion, and the Château Noland was the perfect venue, a truly unique and beautiful property in a picturesque location, with easy driving distance to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach. The game room was a lot of fun. I enjoyed sipping coffee and taking in the view at the top of the hill each morning. A big thanks to Lindsey and her family for making it all possible.

Very nice place. Interiors are done artistically and beautifully painted.Huge lawn, well maintained for your celebrations. Had a nice time there.

The venue itself is gorgeous. However, as a place to stay, it fell short of expectations for a luxury experience, unless one is willing to overlook several major issues.
