I'm a long time customer here and there is a reason for that. I'm always treated with immense dignity and respect and my needs are always met. Jewelry purchases are done with patience, creativity and best of all, fun! Obviously watches that are hard to come by, are hard to come by, but patience is a virtue. An incredibly huge shout out to Michel. He's such an amazing salesperson, but more importantly, a phenomenally fun, and awesome human being too! I look forward to my daughters getting spoiled here as they grow older!
